They are very very slow it’s as though they do it purposely.. as busy as it get here they are usually understaffed or inexperienced the wait time here is ridiculous I don’t understand how do these guys get away with this poor customer/ clients service

If I can give it zero star I would. The workers are lazy and hard headed. Thanks to them me n my kids got our car taking n had to sell my children playstation 4 all for nothing because she didnt know how to do her job right. When I told the teller about her mistake while crying and how our car is goin to be taking you could tell she didnt care. I went back to her before the 15 mins because I never left the parkin lot she lied and said the 15 mins pass and couldn't help me and my children. Now me and children sit here every day and cry. I will never go back to that bank. I rather walk with my children in snow ice hurricane world coming to an end miles away from this bank to deal with another capital one bank.
