First impressions are everything!! And I have to say that anybody who left a prior one star review, you're quite sad, people go out of their way to leave a negative review, but don't take the time to write a good one, which is why I'm here and for all of you who left a one-star, you're defaming a business because of issues that we're out of the Jewelers control.
I came in one day to look at some sterling silver and tanzanite and I actually have been blown away at the level of friendliness and the excitement from the owner. I went in on a day when it was slow and I was able to ask some questions and without hesitation she excitedly informed me and taught me a couple things that didn't know before.
This is a small Hometown Jeweler who actually really care about the products they sell. This is not a pawn shop this is not a pawn broker, so don't treat the place as such. If you all think customer service is slow well maybe just possibly it's because only a couple humans work at this place if you want stuff to get done like psychotic fast and you want prices and quality to be affected go to the big box places that scan the hell out of you. Since prices fluctuate daily with commodities, obviously, I'm sure there's a wiggle room with every single piece of jewelry on planet Earth. Therefore I feel their prices were Fair, actually some things were very fair.
