Barb is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of property and auto insurance, was well as life insurance. As she holds a CPCU designation, you will not find anyone more properly educated to provide you the coverage you need to protect your property and those you love. Highly recommend.

I have only dealt with Barbara on the phone once, and from that call I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone doing business with her due to her lack of professionalism. So it seems that someone used some of my old information to try and set up insurance. Barbara kept calling and leaving a message about calling her back to finish setting up the insurance that I never requested. I called back but never left a message because I was not trying to set up any policy with her. I did not want to leave any extra information, as this seemed like she was trying to steal my personal information as some sort of scam. Finally, I decided to answer the phone when she called. Once I did I informed her that I had never tried to set up a policy with her. I asked for the information that someone had given her about me, it was from an address that I had not lived at for over 5 years, three of which I have not even been in the same state. She then responded in a very unprofessional manner stating, "This could have all been resolved sooner, if you just called me back." then after her comment she just hung up on me.
