Being a typical guy who never plans ahead, I stopped in on Valentine's Day afternoon to buy flowers. Unfortunately they were sold out. I chatted with Sophia the new owner and instead of her trying to cobble something together from her leftover scraps and then overcharging me for it since I was desperate and willing to overpay she gave me the name of a competitor that she knew still had inventory. That is how you make a customer happy and loyal, you solve their problem without taking advantage. I can't speak to the quality of the flowers because I haven't bought any yet but I can definitely vouch for the quality of the ownership. Well done Sophia, you'll be seeing me soon.

The owner, Sophia, absolutely blew me away with the beautiful floral arrangements she created for my event! The florals were opened, full and beautiful upon delivery. She even created specialized parting gifts for all my guests, which they absolutely loved. I gave her various photos of different florals, I was hoping to incorporate into the final product and she included every one! Sophia is an amazing florist and business woman, who goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers needs. I will definitely be a returning customer! You will not be disappointed with giving her your business.
