Good afternoon. You catered the meal at my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding this past Saturday. Just wanted to tell you that the food was amazing. They/we have received many compliments on all the food. Your 3 employees were very professional and courteous as well. Just thought I’d send you a quick note cause you don’t usually hear bout the good but always about the bad. Must say I didn’t see/hear one bad thing bout anything with the catering end of the reception. Plus I think you may be getting a few contacts about other events to cater. Thanks again for the great food!!

I cannot recommend them enough! They are fair on pricing, worked with us to get within our budget, had so many options, and everything for our taste test was amazing. Come the day of our event (wedding) they showed up, set up so nicely and the workers were extremely friendly! for as many people as we had, all the food was fresh and moist and everyone complimented our catering choice! I can only hope lots more people use them, just so I can eat their great cooking again!!

Where do I start about Shauna and how awesome she is?! I had a group of 16 that needed lunch and dinner for our entire stay in the Poconos. Shauna made each meal so delicious that even my picky eaters went up for seconds! Edith’s Catering has truly spoiled us. I’m unable to find another catering company who delivers flexible meal options and willingness to work with our schedule. Shauna thank you for being so accommodating! My crew constantly references your cooking when we’re on the road! You’ve set the bar very high for us! I hope to be in the area again so I can order that salmon again 🤤

Had her cater a party at my home .. everyone raved about the food it was all delicious and she delivered it hot and timely .. will be using them again!
