These guys are a great simple accessory shop in my opinion. I've had many of my trucks there and never had a bad experience. Today they tinted the windows on my truck.

Tried to purchase wheels. They'll be here in two weeks, two weeks, two weeks, two weeks. They'll definitely be here Thursday, next Tuesday, definitely Friday, for 9 months. I got my payment returned. They tell you what you want to hear

Called and set up an appointment for a car starter to be installed on 12/27 as a Christmas gift. My husband us self employed and had his schedule cleared for it to be on the shop by 1pm as they said they couldn't do it in the am. Reconfirmed on 12/23 the appointment and told I did not have to drop it off the night before but if I did where the drop box stuff was. My husband called this morning to see if he could wait for it and if so the best time to bring it in and he's told they won't do it because he didn't drop it the night before. Totally unprofessional and no customer service skills whats so ever. No offer to try to male it work or even to reschedule him. SO GLAD I DID NOT PAY AHEAD. Lost new customers for good.

In January 2022 my car remote starter fob started eating batteries. We went to Absolute to see what the problem was. We were informed the fob needed to be replaced. We were told it was under a lifetime warranty. It needed to be ordered and it would be about a week. We waited 2 weeks and she stopped at Absolute to see what was going on. She was told the fob was in but they couldn't find it and she should need to come back on Thursday. She stopped back on Thursday only to be told that the fob was at the warehouse and said to bring our fob back in so they could order the fob. So today was trip number 4 to Absolute from 45 minutes away, where we waited 30 minutes for an employee to drive to Skaneatles to pick up the fob. They had the audacity to charge us a $20.00 programming fee and didn't even care when I said they just lost a customer!
