We had our AC suddenly go down and called Am Cool Air. They sent a crew over the same day. They couldn't get it going but traced it to air handler. The next day another crew verified a board failure in air handler and said the motor was bad. The manager gave me options and I chose a new air handler since existing unit was 14 years old. They installed a new air handler in less than a week. I was truly impressed by their wonderful service.

Our 15 year old Goodman basement air handler was making serious noise when it ran, which we traced to what we thought was a bad fan motor.  I replaced the motor myself, only to find out that the fan was also bad.  I was sent two bad fans that were out of balance from an online parts supplier I have used before, then finally called American Cool Air, figuring they could get a reliable part, and save me the time of disassembling the unit for the fourth time.  Their technician showed up on time for the first visit, but the part had to be ordered from their distributor, which did take a week.  However, as soon as they got the part they sent a technician over to replace it and since then the air handler is running quietly again.  They did a good job at a competitive price, and I would recommend them.

Been using this company for over 25 years they installed my furnace and later my AC unit aware of my budget as a new home owner. They made solid suggestions still with the same units! The best guick response in emergency cases. On time service. Use them
