The clean up was horrible! Washing widows to screens had to dust walls and wash walls in every room where they sanded , front porch had wood filler all over it. Yes my floors were in bad shape and they looked 100% better after they finished them but all the cleaning has taken away from the excitement of them being redone! Kristine and her team are great! Repeat customers here. We first had Boardwalk Floors install hardwood flooring in the living room/dining room of our house and existing flooring refinished when we moved in. At that time, we were dealing with scheduling our move-in date around the sellers moving out and the sale of our old house. Kristine and her team were very accommodating, and made the process as seamless as possible, working with us on our time constraints by coordinating their work so that the project was complete by our move-in date. A few years later, we decided to do a kitchen renovation and replace carpeting in our family room with hardwood. We knew when we decided to another project that Boardwalk would be our first choice for flooring. Kristine came out right away and assessed what needed to be done. We had a tight schedule with coordinating our carpentry, kitchen cabinet deliveries, etc., and once again, Kristine and her team did everything they could to accommodate. Our floors from 5 years ago still look great, and so does the new flooring. We would highly recommend Boardwalk. Absolutely incredible experience. The owner met me out at my home to talk me through the process and aftercare. The florist was professional and clean. I loved working with Christine and her team at Boardwalk Floors. I talked with three companies when selecting a vendor. Christine was knowledgable, caring, and timely, unlike the other two options. Her quote was the best prepared by far and she got it to me when she said she would. She was booked out for two months, but she knew I wanted to work with her, and when she had a cancellation a few days later, she let me know. I was so relieved. Her team does fantastic work! They're very high quality, fast, clean, and respectful. My floors look great! I'd absolutely hire them again.
