This branch is one of the most inefficient branches I've ever been to. I've been told multiple times to go to different branches to have problems solved with my account because they are so short staffed. I have waited to talk to someone for almost an hour and nobody acknowledged me. The teller line is the only positive part of this branch. The girls are always smiling and get my transaction done quickly. I just wish the staff were the same around the whole branch. Plus the staff is not trained correctly on procedures as they are always calling around to see what they have to do.

Worst location in Rochester. Workers are rude and don't know what they are doing. Took almost over 30 minutes for three tellers to get through a line of five people. Each person only wanted to make small deposits. Don't waste your time here. Just drive to the one off 31 in Perinton
