Allied/All-City Plumbing Fast response. Had leak from tank on 20 yr old toilet. Also water valve was leaking aswell. Plumber came to my home in just under 1/2 an hour. Decided to replace toilet with new one. Plumber and I went to purchase new toilet of my choice and he removed old toilet and had new one installed and running in no time. It was my first time using this company. I'm happy with the service overall. They have great customer service. Santos, the plumber, did an excellent job.He was knowledgeable, professional, and neat, and he didn't waste any time. I give them 4 stars as I have one issue.The initial estimate included installation of 4 valves, in addition to toilet fixing and faucets replacement in the kitchen and bathroom. I decided not to install valves at the end because the building was old and anything could happen. Santos agreed with me, but I was still charged as initially discussed, as the plumber told me that he had spent on appliances more than he planned. I don't know how much the difference was as I didn't see any receipts. If anybody asks, I will still recommend Allied/All City.

Arrived timely but I called on 12/14/19@4:30a but the female rep allegedly did not pass on my information because at 3:30p when I called back they Dan said the wasn’t passed to him.
