I found flower gardens by Teri to be extremely punctual on arrival time and more specifically accurate and her estimating and guidance to what would be the best choice of species. Well work was done in a very clean and efficient manner. Terry leaves the job with no stone unturned. I am comfortable recommending her to family and friends.

Terry has taken care of our gardens for almost 20 years. She is creative, responsible, honest, hardworking, organized and dependable. I would highly recommend her!

My experience with Terry was terrible. I hired her to do an outdoor seasonal display; mostly lights on the house and a tree connected to timers. She was fine in person at first and the decor itself was fine, but she left me to finish the job including installing the timers, getting a new timer because she hadn't check to ensure the compatibility with my outdoor outlet, and I also had to replace an extension cord because she had connected it in the middle of the driveway where cars would run over it. In addition, she used attachments on the house that took off paint! I didn't complain about it though until she asked me to write a positive review on Home Advisor. I told her honestly, I couldn't, given these issues. When I asked her to come take the display down (part of the SOW), here is the email she sent me: "No I will not take them down. I asked you if you would write a review on Home advisor and you bitched about doing so because you felt it was too expensive...Now you can fend for yourself.." WHOA. WHAT?? I would avoid her at all costs; there are plenty of landscapers who are competent and kind to their customers.
