Patrick was very responsive and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace. Unfortunately we needed to replace it but Patrick gave me a great price and installed a new unit in a couple days. Would highly recommend northern home service group.

Had Patrick out to my house as a referral from a friend. I was very impressed. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for my family. Sadly it wasn’t just some simple dumb fix, he replaced the combustion motor, ignition primary solenoid, and did a complete tuneup. The price was more then fair and needless to say I will recommend this company to anyone ever in need of hvac and I’m a customer for life! Thanks again Patrick! 5 stars from the Warner family!

2 AM, my House was freezing. Literally. I hadn’t had the equipment serviced since a Clinton was in office. I tried a few of those big companies. Apparently they are too big to help out common folk like me. One told me they were only taking calls from VIP customers. Well, I found the Northern Home Service Group. Patrick was very courteous and after asking a few questions about my furnace, he felt we needed a service call. Twenty minutes later he was at my front door, and half an hour later we were all set! Great price, great family.

Our heat went out. Patrick was right there and fixed the situation for us right away. He really knows what he is doing and haven’t had an issue since. He has also helped us fix a water heater as well. He doesn’t rip you off either! I would suggest using him every single time!
