very poor. a hotel that does not stand by what its own employees promise on the phone about the room should not be trusted. also when i pointed the discrepancy in the rate the lady at the desk was giving me and what was promised on phone, for the FIRST time in america I had this woman mock my asian accent. deliberately slowing down and punctuating each word with a pause. truly disappointing.

This hotel was horrible. First off no parking lot. The parking lot that is attached to the hotel charges $10 in order to park. Now thats crazy. You as a visitor already paying $200 to stay and then pay for parking really. I will never stay here again. Very old hotel, very smelly, and only one elevator. Another problem, the TV works an don't work says "Channel unavailable" while you are watching the channel. I don't recommend this hotel too no one.

This is specifically for the airport parking. Not the actual hotel. I had parked here before, and the service was pretty good. Thus I decided to try them again. Getting to the airport was no problem. Getting back from the airport was a challenge. We waited over 30 minutes for the van to find us, because they changed the name of the business and failed to tell us. We were told the van would say "Clarion." The driver also did not pull up to the airline doors where we were waiting to ask if anyone was waiting for a ride. After several phone calls and watching the van pass by us 3 times, the driver stopped by us to ask if we were waiting for him. Then when I arrived to get my car, the person who cleaned the snow off my car broke my windshield wipers. My windshield wipers are partially under the hood, so they can't be lifted up like most wipers. Whomever cleaned off my windshield forced the windshield wipers to lift up, so they wouldn't return to their resting position properly. Thankfully I was able to repair the problem myself and there was no immediate damage, but the bolts that hold the windshield wiper arms on can easily become stripped if they are forced out of their resting position. This could lead to quicker wear and tear on my car, and the windshield wiper arms cost over $100 to replace. If you have an expensive car, I don't recommend parking here.

Horrible hotel. It smells badly and the service is nonexistent. The rooms are not clean.
