Frankela from Earth Birthing was there for the birth of my first daughter, who was born vaginally after 19 hours of medication-free labor. She helped with pain relief strategies, was a general support for me and was great at communicating my desires and needs with the nurses and doctors. She also offered great postpartum support, which was invaluable to my husband and I, who were first-time parents at the time. While Frankela was not there for the birth of my second child, she provided both prenatal and postpartum support. I suffered extreme anxiety/panic attacks during the last month of my pregnancy and she visited in person to provide essential oil balms to help, as well as provided breathing and meditation exercises to calm me down whenever I began to feel an attack come on. I highly recommend Frankela at Earth Birthing.

From the womb to the crib she's someone you want by your side for all your birthing experiences. It felt so natural and down to earth sometimes I feel she was more helpful then the doctors. A second generation doula she knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed with her techniques, makes you know breast feeding is natural and isn't anything sexualized like some people think. Highly recommended 100 stars if I could. Wonderful assistance when it comes to child birthing and rearing. Hey she'll be there for the next one as well and all others to come.
