Sweeney's Pool Service | Pool Builder, Liner Installs & Service / Repairs

Have been their loyal customer for 5 years but this year they have been horrible at providing services. Front desk does not pick up or return phone calls. After 7 frustrating weeks of trying to get them to come and fix my heater, they would confirm an appointment time, and then no show and then reschedule for another week or so and no show again and many excuses , and finally told me " oh are you sure you want it repaired... it would cost you nearly 1000$ (the initial quote was 450$) ! if you are looking for honest, prompt, reliable company please STAY AWAY from Sweeney, I don't know what is going on this their management but they have been awful this year! I am straight up no-nonsense. That's why I called Sweeney's because of their reviews. I never used their services, which was going to be installation of a 20X36 loop lock pool cover. I sent an email through the internet, with requirements and contact information. Waited a week, followed up to make sure they had my information. Spoke to a rep, she confirmed they had my info and I would hear back in a few days. Never heard back. So, the reason for the negative review. I went with a competitor, my pool cover is great. I know this can happen, but I was reasonable and needed this service performed. Management should investigate the break down in communication for the future.

Have been using them for a while. Service on the pool has always been good. Had a hiccup with scheduling as I booked in March and the week of said they never had me on. They made up for it by getting out to me as best they could same week. Overall pleased.

Have a leak in my pool. Nick came out and did a pressure test and was able to determine many potential causes for the leak. He explained all of the courses of action that i could take. I’ve dealt with a few other pool companies in the past and it seems they just want to do the job and run without explaining anything or force you to buy new equipment. Nick explained everything to me and listed a couple of options of how i could proceed. He did a thorough job and wasn’t rushing. Very happy with Sweeney’s and i will be using them in the future.

Hats off to Kenny for a job well done. We had a new liner installed with new plumbing and a new filter. The job was done in a timely fashion and they showed up when promised and did a great job. I highly recommend this company
