I had been worried about finding a good electrician -- until Eastern Electric! Richard and the team he sent over (Sean and Nick) were just so incredibly nice and COMPETENT. All work was done perfectly, and the guys were just incredibly thorough. Total care and attention was paid to the work, double-checked, and all questions answered. Eastern Electric’s, Rich, Sean and Vinny, are outstanding. They installed a 50 amp, 10 circuit Transfer Switch for my generator. Rich arrived on-time, sketched out the job, took measurements and photos, carefully explained the work to be done and provided a competitive cost estimate. He then followed up with a written proposal. He was prompt, punctual, prepared, and professional in every respect. Some parts were difficult to obtain because of a Covid-related factory shut down, but Rich somehow secured them and the work began in a few days. He and his team explained the work as they went along and answered all of my questions. Rich finished by giving a detailed run-down of the new unit’s operation, and, since the system probably wouldn’t be used until the next power failure, he offered to come back at a later time to review again the start-up and operation of my new generator. I can’t say enough good things about Eastern Electric and their service. They were on time, responsive and fairly priced. I had a variety of issues around my house and they were resolved in several hours. It’s so nice to have my house back in working order!

Eastern Electric did a 200 amp service upgrade in my home and installed a Nest Learning Thermostat. The owner Rich is a creative problem solver. Sean & Peter make a great team. Good price, great result.
