Terrible experience my friend came here with sickle cell and the treatment they gave him was terrible, they than released him and he was still going through the pain attack, please avoid this hospital and take to Cooperstown hospital

After spending almost 3 months at this wonderful facility, I can truly say this is by far the best of the best. I truly received the best care from all Nursing, Medical, PT,OT and. Housekeeping. To leave out the awesome kitchen who prepared meal special for the patient that included the BEST Xfruit plates ,grill cheese and tomato soup. Thank you all for the superior care.

Not much to be said, some staff are very polite. I had run into one rude hefty lady with an attitude problem. What else is new, afterall we are living in NY lol..
