As General Manager of Montauk Blue Hotel in Montauk, I have used Aerial Pros, Anthony and Meg Salerno to do ALL of our social media advertising, promotional videos and drone work since they started Aerial Pros over seven years ago.
In my experience of over forty years of marketing and advertising (in the realm of huge package goods marketing & running my own small manufacturing, clothing company), they are perfect partners to help with the needs of a small, independent hotel or business.
I am demanding down to the very smallest detail with all of my marketing requirements. Anthony and Meg have been more than professional in every way possible and have "bent over backwards" to get every media piece perfect no matter how much time it took. Their rates are very fair to begin with AND and amazingly, they have never charged anything unreasonable or frankly, anything at all to get it right where other companies I've used consistently over-charge and over-promise.
Their response and turnaround time is immediate.They are always available to discuss any project and if anything, they are quicker to deliver the product than promised.
Check out our hotel's beautiful drone video which Anthony created. It's been the centerpiece of our website for several years & we've had many rave reviews about it. I keep thinking about doing a new one but nothing I can imagine could be better!
One suggestion to anyone reading this and considering using Aerial Pros: know what you want, be specific and organized. A "Creative" Group (which they are) needs clear direction and they are just that. Do not expect them to "read your mind." The relationship is a true partnership; treat it as such and you will not be disappointed!
