Phone calls were returned promptly, David was my in home coordinator, I can’t say enough about how beautiful all the plantation shutters look. I used Budget Blinds for my sunroom. They were very accommodating with appointments and helping to choose the right type of blinds and color. David was wonderful. Although due to the pandemic, we weren’t supposed to have delivery and installation for some time, however within 3-4 weeks of ordering my blinds are installed. A few months ago I was in need of window treatments for the foyer and great room in my home. I called Budget Blinds and David arrived at my home for a consultation. I could not have asked for a more personable, professional, knowledgeable representative. From start to finish, I was very happy with the experience. Being that I had limited knowledge of window treatments, David’s guidance steered me in the right direction. I now have the most beautiful Roman shades installed in my home. I am so appreciative of the time David took to help me make the perfect choice for window treatments. In addition, Steven (the installer) showed expertise with his installation. I was impressed with the customer service Budget Blinds offers and how they stand by the quality of their products. What a great company! Their black out blinds are beautiful, affordable and easy to open and close. Their customer service is also amazing! Very nice and easy people with work with, I will definitely work with them again!
