Bryan is excellent at what he does. Ive worked with inspectors in the past and they usually do the bare minimum. Bryan was not like that at all. He was extremely thorough and you can tell he wanted to pass down his knowledge of houses to his clients. Hes got an eye for detail and makes sure you know every corner of the house before you sign that dotted line. Hes also in general just a cool guy I can imagine having a beer with. Lol. But seriously he breaks things down as simple as possible if youre not familiar with taking care of your first home and adds his personal touch during the inspection process. Hes simply amazing.
