Outstanding customer service from the moment I asked if they could order me special sign, Sam sprang into action and found the item I was looking for online, Sam ordered the item for me and told me it would be in in 2 to 3 days, and it was. Thank you Sam.

This is THE BEST kitchen supply store in Syracuse. Not only do they have a full line of products for your home, but the owner also goes to estate sales and purchases china and other kitchen supply items for resale. I've stocked most of my kitchen with supplies from this store, and virtually all of my charcuterie platters/servers/china were purchased from eclectic estate sale options.

I strongly discourage anyone from ordering online based on my experience. I placed an online order on 09/09 and did not receive it until 09/29. Despite several communications via email and direct phone contact with John (owner), I was never provided a tracking number despite being told it would be provided by EOD and reassurances that my order had been shipped. All lies! Never once did John offer an explanation as to what was happening or even an apology. On the contrary, when we spoke on the phone on 09/28, he was extremely rude and his final comment to me was "I don't want to hear from you anymore." Based on the shipping label, my order was not shipped until the 28th, 19 days after the order was submitted. John also stated that he was going to credit me back for all charges including the cost of the item and the shipping charge. That never happened. How someone so unprofessional and lacking any business ethics has remained in business is perplexing. Also, a word of caution, if you must order online, monitor your credit card for any fraudulent charges and/or holds!
