        I just visited the Row 13 Wine Store in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I purchased a Cosimigo Tequila bottle, which was priced at $62 when I made a purchase a few weeks earlier, but for some strange reason today was charged $72 at the counter. Despite my request for a receipt, the cashier refused to provide one, making it difficult to address the overcharge promptly. As a customer, I found this lack of transparency and accountability concerning. It is disheartening to believe that my race may have played a part in this terrible experience. I believe in fair and honest transactions, and this experience fell short of those expectations. I hope that the store management takes steps to improve customer service and ensures that such incidents are addressed promptly.

      Tara Ernest:Row 13 Wines regrets that that you were not provided a receipt for the purchase in question. It is our practice to always provide a receipt upon request.  Regarding your question regarding the purchase price of Casamigos Reposado, the transaction in question was located. We printed the receipt to help investigate the issue. Row 13 Wines recently switched from carrying 750 ml (25 ounce) bottles of Casamigos Reposado to One Liter (33 ounce) bottles to provide a better cost per ounce for our customers. The 750 ml was $58 plus tax and the One Liter is $67 but when you add tax it comes to $72.61. This accounts for the difference in price.
