        They were very prompt and didn't take long to do their job. The tech explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and told me what to expect the following year with my generators condition it was in.

        Horrendous customer service on the phone. I call in for tech support on recently serviced equipment (company stickers placed within the last month). End up Getting told off and to send an email. Whom ever answered the phone for me; needs a job elsewhere ASAP. Just plain rude

        When prepping a home there is so much to think about. I for one do not want to be left out in the cold. Back up protection is essential in our region. I feel safe and in good hands knowing my generator was installed and managed by these hardworking and dedicated professionals.
