I enjoyed the initial visit w/ the lady who helped me select a pair of Rx eye-glasses (covered from my insurance, MVP). She was accomodating & friendly. Quick service, affordable co-pay. However when I returned to pick up my glasses, she wasn't there & the one who collected payment wasn't as nice. She gave the impression she didn't want to be there. She wrote the receipt & handed it to me (just going through the motions), & I had to ask for a case .. she must've forgotten. I'd only go back when the original customer service lady is working. She knew what she was doing & listened to her customers.

Excellent personal attention to all your questions and needs. They are diligent about what your insurance covers. Took the time to answer all my questions, I did not feel rushed at all.
