First, this is not my local spectrum store. Mine is much better. Not knowing if this is a corporate or franchise leave this review. My mother and I were returning her cable box. She now streams Spectrum TV. We signed in and waited. Many didnt sign in, though verbally greeted and asked to sign in. We were called, and I mentioned the place seemed understaffed. Two were working. I was told Sundays had just one person on. I said that sales could be lost. She said she would lose sales if staffing was increased. I then wondered if they were partially paid by commission. Why would she lose sales, particularly when some people left. I know all customers aren't buying and need service assistance. Its a luck of the draw who to take care of, particularly when using a sign in station. This experience wasn't what should be expected. I once was a senior manager of a retail store for a large corporation, with a small footprint, so I understand scheduling, but this is Spectrum, a large store footprint for a large corporation serving the city. Labor is part of a profit and loss statement, too are people leaving the store.

Richard is hands down the best representative at this location. He made our transfer/upgrade process seamless from Verizon to Spectrum. Extremely kind and professional.

As you can see by the overwhelming amount of fellow reviewers below, this store will be a waste of your time and energy dealing with the level of incompetence that embodies this location. If youre trying to set up, discontinue or transfer service, etc, just call and do it with a representative over the phone itll be 100% easier and less stressful for you. Only time you should step foot in this store is if youre returning their modem/router

I Ben having trouble with my Internet .so went to the Cortland NY store and ne boxes and had him set it up for me still Internet .they take money out every month .and still no Internet .they sent me a text .say was and they were working on it still no Internet what the H. They suck .
