We were on the road and visiting Astoria when we had problems with our volvo. Colleen fit us in right away and had the mechanic check it out. There was a rock stuck in the wheel well and within 30 minutes we were on the road again. We were expecting a bill but there was no charge. Having owned a business in the past it is usually only people that are dissatisfied for some reason or another that post a negative review and the satisfied ones hardly ever bother. So 5* to you

Ordered parts and after they got it wrong for the 3rd time I went to another dealer. Also they broke my truck and tried to blame me. Ring n pinion broke and I called Di Blasi since I was close by when it broke. Requested a flatbed because the rear wheels wouldn't move. Took plenty of photos before they arrived. They didn't bring a flatbed and picked it up from the front wheels and took it out of gear. Well the results from that were two broken axles. I contacted a ford rep and sent him the information and he came down and Di Blasi was proved in the wrong and replaced everything. If my truck wasn't in warranty I would have gone elsewhere. They also tried to sell my friend a used car with a salvage title and removed that from the car fax. I highly recommend going to Tower Ford in Great Neck. Better service and better prices.
