DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The dress I ordered must have been out of stock, so they sent me a different size and color than the dress I ordered. TO DATE, I have not received a refund. They totally misrepresented themselves, by advertising one thing and sending me another, then not giving me a refund. This is FRAUD. If this also happened to you, and you purchased using American Express, Please immediately report it to AX.

My mother wanted to go to this store to exchange some dresses she had purchased online. Now, I have worked in retail and am aware of the importance of a receipt as so she is as well but we wanted to see if we could exchange for a size down but it wouldn’t of been an issue if it wasn’t possible due to store policy. When we entered , I noticed the cashier , lady with the brown , short hair ( I read previous reviews to beware of her ) my mother greeted her kindly and the cashier immediately had an attitude. My mother stated she had ordered the dresses online and the cashier cut her off to ask if she had a receipt to which my mother said no. Before letting my mother explain what she was there to do, the cashier condescendingly states , you need a receipt to do a return or exchange, no receipt? That’s not how things work. When I tell you, being someone who has worked 7+ years in retail , how appalled I was by how rudely delivered that statement was, I let her know that the attitude is not needed. She quickly got defensive and said she wasn’t giving her an attitude and I said “really? Because , that was pretty rude and condescending, pretty unnecessary” Her attitude quickly changed when my mom kindly told her,” you didn’t even let me open my mouth.”
If it weren’t for Carol , the lovely boutique assistant we would have walked out with our dresses and I would have never returned. Again, first impressions are everything. My mother will probably go back because she loves the store. Me? Not worth my business.
