Olympia Fuel Oil

We had a boiler issue in the evening and no heat for over 3 hours. We called and asked for emergency service as an existing customer. They said they would dispatch someone and Id get a call from the tech just sending an arrival time. 12 hours later and 2 more calls - no response beyond that the answering service team would relay that I am waiting. Have the courtesy just to call and set the expectation. Rather now - the expectation is I wont get an answer. I wont be going forward with them anymore for service and will be canceling and moving to a more main stream provider like Petro. Its sad - since I truly believe this company was good to me in the past for regular calls but I guess emergencies are not the strong suit.

Whoever drives the truck with the plate 2 Oil is extremely rude and aggressive. I was parked with a flat tire and he started yelling at me to move my vehicle so he could park behind me. He wouldnt even give me a change to explain that I had a flat. The tow truck driver had to talk to him because he was just so rude and angry.

Stay away from this money hungry company, there are tons of options out there in this industry so pick wisely. We have accounts with Olympia for well over 10 years, they repeatedly took advantage of us as well as their employees. Safe to say my neighbors will be switching providers now as well after we both consulted with other companies and saw the scheme going on here. They train their technicians to be salespeople, not skilled workers. You call for a minor issue for THEIR MISTAKES and they continue trying to upsell you to spend more money with them for unnecessary things. Nepotism is strong here as well as The owner also has a con artist son Kosta who doesn't have a clue what he is doing and is employed here, never wanted to explore solutions other than replacing expensive systems constantly trying to upsell us. We made sure to consult with numerous other companies and figured Olympia is only interested in squeezing as much as they can from you instead of providing reliable trustworthy service.

Olympia has continued to be very reliable and attentive. Their staff members are all knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Kosta and Perry have been to our home on separate occasions and able to diagnose and resolve any issues quickly.
