They offer great services and the staff is great. The hours are tough for me because of my schedule and they close earlier than I need. The manager, Ellen makes sure I am happy and staff is here to accommodate. I really appreciate her professionalism and flexibility.

I went in to Clifton park ICRYO for a semiglutide consult. I spoke with a nurse in the back room and she had me step on the scale and measured my height. My BMI was over their suggested level. The nurse suggested I continue my healthy eating and light working out even though I was close to the limit. I had a virtual assement with a Dr Nolan who was FaceTiming us. He spoke to me about my goals the side effects and talked to me about NAD +. He cleared me for both treatments. When I checked out they charged me over a hundred dollars over what the charge for the service was. They called me later that day to ask my address again because they couldnt find it in the system. They ended up sending the semiglutide to my home address on a 90 degree day! How could that even happen. I called to alert them and they scheduled me for a Saturday. When I got there the nurse asked me if I had the consult, where I got the semiglutide and who helped me to begin the process. I was annoyed that they didnt have my paper work as I spent an hour filling it out right on their iPad. They are disorganized and unprofessional. Not to mention their IV room was disgusting with Dunkin Donuts drinks everywhere, used gloves on the tray, a blanket all crimped up on the chair and nothing looked wiped down. They called the doctor and the nurse told him not to approve me, so they took the semiglutide and called their boss. They also told me since its been two weeks that they are having an issue refunding me. So I have to wait until Monday. Hopefully I get my 700 dollars back. I would not suggest coming here for any services as they cant even keep track of paperwork, medication, or sanitation.
