        Tyler called before arriving, diagnosed the problem and got heat back on. There were two parts not available today but he found a way to get the furnace working, ordered the parts and will be back in two days to finish the repairs. While the cost was fairly high, Tyler was upfront with me the entire time. There were no surprises. Everything was explained in advance. Tyler was a great technician. Service: Heating system maintenance
