Sitwell Dental

I had a temporary crown crack a couple of days after they put it in. The soonest they can see me is eleven days from today. Going to spend that time looking for a better dentist/waiting for this ticking time-bomb in my mouth to completely shatter.

i didn't go to the dentist for years ,finally went to sitwell,i love them ,Heather is amazing, doctor John is awesome to.I was so scared to go back to the dentist, this place is so gental and nice.Heather is so sweet.

Used to rave about Sitwell Dental but my last three visits have been disappointing. Significant overcharges to CC and no corrections for months. Incorrect appointment reminders and disrespectful front desk staff. Hygienists are still very good.

Ive been going to Sitwell since 2019. Ive had mostly pleasant experiences and 3 bad experiences. Im a reasonable person with tremendous patience and I naturally have a hard time putting anyone down so this is somewhat sugar coated. I feel like my mouth was violated and my trust betrayed by the doctor. He did not take accountability for his mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, and I was almost able to let it slide until I was treated like I was somehow responsible for his practices and carelessness. Im not saying hes incompetent but there is certainly much better out there. If I allow them to make any more mistakes, I only have myself to blame! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
