I can't thank Dr Guarracino enough, if there was a 10 star option, thats what I would choose. I have avoided going to a dentist for years because of the obvious not wanting someone to do construction in my mouth. For years I was dealing with bad grinding issue that wore down my teeth to a point where I had to do something about it, I have not smiled for years. I found Dr Guarracino and from my very first visit, I felt welcomed, at every stage he explained to me what was going to happen next, his compassion for what I was dealing with was wonderful. In a few visits, I had my smile back after years of not smiling in public. I have had compliments about how nice and natural my smile is now. I have to truly say I was never in any pain, not once, just the opposite. Not only was Dr Guarracino wonderful to deal with, but so was his assistant Renee and rest of the team, including Priscilla who will greet you when you walk in. My only regret is I should have gone sooner. If you need a great Dentist in the capital region or Clifton Park, Dr Guarracino and team is your answer, dont give it a second thought.

Always amazing, compassionate and professional. As someone who is less than enthusiastic about having dental procedures done, I cannot express how thankful I am to have Dr. Guarracino and his staff. On more than one occasion this office has gone above and beyond for my s/o and me. No matter the presenting problem I am always comfortable and confident Im in good hands. Thank you!!!

Cant believe it took me this long to leave a review. This is a once in a lifetime service provider. Seriously, they care and that is often rarely heard of anymore. I appreciate him and his staff. If my insurance went out of network, Id pay out of pocket. That is how loyal I feel.
