We had what ended up being a broken wire in an outlet that broke a circuit and caused a whole room to be without power. We had an electrician come out (I wish I had his name but can't remember) and he got it fixed in no time. He also explained what he was doing which I guess wasn't necessary but I found it very interesting and would help me fixing issues like that in the future. I'd definitely use them again. I don't have any concept for cost, but I felt like it was reasonable for being a last minute job. Service: Electrical power restoration

JPs crew showed up within the window I was told and started working immediately. The two guys that showed up were great to hang with and explained what they were doing when I asked. They made quick work of the three outlets I needed installed for a kitchen remodel. I can definitely recommend JPs Best Electric and will call them in the future whenever I need an electrician. Was having a problem with the a breaker kicking off. They showed up with two guys I turned the breaker back on and it stayed on.They did an exceptional job. Charged me $75.00 for the service call. Which I thought that was fair.

JP's Best Electric came to our house to fix a breaker. When the breaker was reset it stayed on. No other work was needed at that time. We were $125.00 for this 10 minute service call, in which no work was actually done. When my husband wrote an unfavorable review, the owner Joe called ranting on about making a living. When he was done he said he would return $50.00 the next day if my husband changed the review. That was done, but to date no money was returned. This guy likes to play games.

Very expensive.tgey were there 1hr and 45 min. Changed out 2 plugs and it cost me 700 bucks
