Called their today first thing to let them know I needed to come and get a pretty good amount of money out of my savings. Was told I could get it but most of it would be in $20.00 bills. I agreed told them I would be up in awhile dealt with Vivian. When I arrived I was told she was on lunch and I would have to wait for her to come back it would be about 10 minutes. I said she told me to come up anytime...I guess that would of been a good time to tell me what time she went to lunch and that would not be a good time to come in... The other thing is how can you be a bank and not have 9500.00 on hand in big bills.... What a joke so long Citizens Bank in CB no wonder your closing......

This is the best bank by far, I recently heard they were closing and it was hard to hold back the tears.

DO NOT get a credit card from these people. They constantly raise fees and rates.
