What can I say. Just a great company to deal with from start to finish. Had a new furnace and ac installed. Super great employees, friendly. Did a great job with the install and cleanup afterword. The owner Ken was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend

The team put in a brand new heater and a new air conditioning unit. They were very pleasant and clean.
When we had a little issue with the heater they were there right away and fixed it. I am very pleased and nice and warm now.
The staff there were all amazing.

I am a recently retired NYS Home Inspector and I have been a client of Horbett Heating and Cooling for nearly 40 years. They have installed and maintained the Heating and Cooling Systems in all our properties.
Two days ago, a tenant called to tell me their furnace wasn't working, I checked the furnace myself and determined that this job was going to require a professional, so I called Horbett, spoke with their "after hours" service and in turn received a return call from Ken Horbett. I explained the issue, he showed up within an hour and was able to make the repair with a part he had on his truck. Ken even brought a few electric heaters in case the repair could not be made that evening.
I highly recommend and refer Horbett Heating and Cooling to my friends, family and clients.

Horbett has cleaned my vents, installed a heater and air conditioner for me and smart thermostats. They are very fair and professional to work with and I would highly recommend them!
