I had a very unhappy experience here and would strongly discourage anyone/everyone from subjecting themselves to this kind of treatment. Never have I been made to feel so overlooked, so invisible. It was truly a dehumanizing experience. With the exception of one or two receptionists, most of the staff is dismissive and seemingly irritated by the very presence of patients and the nurse practitioners rush you through the appointments with zero display of concern or care. I kept having to go back, time and time again, my condition never resolved, only made worse, but they get paid for every visit regardless. This is a really depressing example of the transactional nature of the American medical system. There is no element of being taken care of here, only taken for granted or taken for a fool.

I was 7 minutes early for my appointment. They had requested I be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork (PS I have yet to ever take 20 minutes to fill out any medical paperwork -- and I could have filled it out afterwards, too), but I got a little lost, so I lost a few minutes. The doctor (or rather NP) refused to see me because that would "mess up their schedule" and because "appointments are only TEN MINUTES!" Meanwhile, THEY cancelled on me the previous week and when I asked why they responded, "because the practitioner won't be here." So, it's ok for them to cancel and inconvenience me, but I got lost (after driving nearly 1.5 hrs) and they wouldn't see me. The NP, DuShayne, who I was scheduled to see, spoke to the nurse and without making eye contact with me (I was standing right there) said he didn't have time to see me. The staff was cold, as well. I think I dodged a bullet - clearly people are numbers here. Glad to learn that before attempting to get care. Shameful.

Very rude NP, walked out of room as I was asking him a question. Staff don't seem very happy either, definitely won't be going back.

Disappointed in the Chatham office!! What seemed like a simple procedure turned in to several months later of sutures still surfacing even after two attempts to remove them. I had what was suppose to be the final appointment yesterday for the removal of the so called 'absorbable' suture. But after waiting 30 minutes in the exam room I decided to leave. No one said anything about the nurse practitioner was running late. As I was leaving I was asked if I had a co-pay? NO. Do you want to reschedule? I will find someone else to remove the suture. Secretary-GOOD-BYE. Not to mention I had to remind them twice that I have to have the lidocaine without epinephrine due to my heart. Isn't that something that should be in RED in a patient chart!!!? And no biopsy results were ever discussed with me. A bad experience all aound.....

first they made me wait in the parking lot for over an hour in 90 degree heat, took my temp on entrance and said it was too high, lol. Finally got in had 2 biopsies but they never called, I finally called them and was told I had to make an appt. to get the results but if I had skin cancer they could not do anything except to give me another appt. to see a doc.
