        This is the only Manufactured home center that has complete land,site work and home packages, all work by the owner..no sub contractors !

        Everything went smoothly until we moved in. We are having issues with cold air coming in around the windows, cannot keep the home warm. Marlette Hommes has been out several times, still have not solved the problem. The carpet in the family room is all wrinkled, and wrinkled at the mate line. No one takes responsibility for taking care of this. We have had water leaking from the roof, they did come out and hopefully fix that problem, biggest issue is heating the home, we have electric heaters all over to maintain warmth. Very disappointing for a 2 yr old home
