        So right off the jump things didnt seem to go as planned.. the first initial time we spoke at my residence we spoke about a design and a light post that was present and how things were gonna go.. well none of it went that way..one day the wire was there next day the driveway was poured and the wire was buried .. so that was the first issue and we spoke about a landing for garbage cans which never happened So at first everything seemed to be fine but as they were preparing for the concrete I noticed they didnt put expansion boards in against existing concrete near the sidewalk .. which there was a tree there at one point but was removed prior to this .. and when they did the driveway they took more of the roots with them while digging with that being said its Ben 4 months or so sense its Ben installed and its severely cracking and chipping along that edge which they company states at this time its the sidewalk shifting cause of roots that arent there.. and when Ive asked about maybe getting it fixed I get every excuse they can use from that time .. if the boards were put in place and it still caused this damage then ok ya I could see saying it wasnt their fault .. but at this time it looks awful this was a 13000 dollar job .. I will not refer or recommend this company to any one for any reason .. I work in home remodeling and repairs I can assure you if a customer isnt happy the job gets fixed .. un fair of a company to take but not supply satisfaction and as I am pretty sure they will blame the side but if that the case the exspantion boards should have Ben in place to help with the shifting of the sidewalk.. common sense .. Another company will be fixing their damaged are please dont choose this company Service: Driveway installation

      No one or company is perfect right, we all know that. With that being said I feel that there is some misconceptions presented here by this client. We’ve been in contact with him for over a month now about this and it seems Mr Gossiaux does not want to heed our advice. Our most recent correspondence was me informing him we are “here for him” and to “please let us know how we can be of assistance to you” … these do not seem like the words of a company that doesn’t take care of their clients. We would’ve went out to patch and repair the area now but it would not make sense because the town walkway is shifting causing the damage to the concrete. The town walkway is the cause and the clients driveway is the effect. As you might have guessed, we did not install the town walkway. Repairing his concrete now would be akin to putting a band-aid on a broken leg. Anyone that works in construction would easily grasp there is an order of operations. We’ve never once even implied that we would not repair our concrete, so i’m not sure why he’d opt to go this route.
