Went well till they disappeared with work paid for and unfinished. Charlie wont even return my text/phone calls. I plan on legal action if I continue to get no response.

They discussed my alternatives ahead of time, gave me several choices, placed no pressure on me whatever to sign a contract or choose them as the installer. When my central AC failed in July, I was ready. They came in, and installed mini splits in my townhouse on every level in every room with thermostats in each room. Cleaned up beautifully. 5 months later, I called them twice with questions. They got back to me the same day. One resulted in a visit that quickly resolved the issue (a factory setting) and the other was resolved on the phone (I forgot to clean the filters). I can't recommend them more highly. You cannot go wrong with Charlie Arroyo.

Got back to me right away; came with in a hour from our call I had issues with my boiler and they took care of it. Took the time to explain things so we understood what was going on with the unit. Very personable and honest; highly recommend! This is our 2nd time doing business with them they also installed our Central Air Unit and did our Duct work. Very good peoples and trustworthy.
