Bad store with bad attitudes..went inside store to return a item they would not let me..i had a receipt..and on it says i can return any item with no hassle..this store sucks go to holbrook

I called the Centereach, N.Y. store today, to check for an item I was having difficulty finding. Even though the website said they had no inventory of what I needed, I took a chance and called. I spoke to a young lady named Evelyn and asked if she would check for me. She was very accommodating and checked for me. She told me they did have the item and went back a second time to check on how many she had. I requested that she put them aside and I would pick them up later. I did pick them up and they were exactly what I wanted. I just want this young lady recognized for her impressive Customer Service skills. It is hard to find people so accommodating these days and I was impressed with her enough to write this review. She was patient and very sweet throughout our call. When I got to the store I asked who she was and had the opportunity to thank her personally. Again she was very sweet and said she was pleased that she could help. She certainly made my day! Evelyn is a definite asset to your Store and Company. It was my pleasure meeting this young woman. I wont forget her kindness!
