Was very pleased with the service. I came in with a mid-priced watch and was told that it did look like it could be repaired. One of the clerks then had it double-checked to make sure it would be foolish to repair. While in the discussion, the owner came by and assured me I would be wasting my $$. Now in this day and age of goniffs isn't it wonderful that someone tells you point blank not to waste your money? I would go back again for my needs. Would give it another star if they could have been able to inexpensively repair the watch, but that is life!!!

went there to ask question about earring i had with me ( what stones it has) i was after work , wearing sweat pants and shirt, i guess my outfit wasnt typical for this neighborhood, so the consultant look at me from toe to head and even didnt let me ask my question interrupted me with phrase, , i am busy it wasnt said the way usually store workers say with smile or regret face, i felt myself very embarrassed, i give you two stars for bad service, store itself is beautiful though
