Kieth, Lori, and Denise are the best!, We have used Valentines for homeowners insurance since 07 for our summer home in catskill, now after moving here they were so very helpful getting my business insurance and referring me for a cpa. Now trying to get thru the jungle of healthcare Kieth spent 3 hours on the phone walking us through on whats best for me and my wife. Weeks ago on my way home the cats go a nice size rock came off of utility trailer heading north. Put a nice size hole in my windshield. Wind up going over there. Talking to Linda, she set up an appointment with Safelite up in Albany. The following week went up to Safelite and got my windshield fixed. No hassle. No problem. Everything worked out really well. That's what happens when you deal with local friendly insurance people. The reaction is very fast and quick with friendly service That's the difference between dealing with online insurance in a local agents
