Quoted me $250 for transmission filter and fluid change. Dropped my truck off on Monday night was told I could pick up the next day. Got there 15 minutes before closing and was told they just put it on the lift and that it would be done the next day. So I was without my vehicle for 2 days. Then they tried to charge me $475! The dealer only chargs $250 for this same job. I refused and they lowered the price.
My truck has shifted poorly since. Turns out it WAS A QUART LOW on transmission fluid!

Performed oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation.
Took about an hour.
Informed me that I still had winter tires on, having forgotten from not driving too often, this was great.
Also, let me know that I should get my brake fluid done, with the current mileage on the vehicle.

Scheduled an inspection appointment at the beginning of the week for Thursday. When I showed up to get my car inspected I was told that there were no scheduled appointments. (I had scheduled an appointment early in the week.) there was no offer to fit me in that day or any time in the future. The atmosphere was also very unprofessional as the workers were watching inappropriate videos where you could hear the profanity. No one greeted the customer and did not come across as friendly or wanting to help the customer either. Service: Vehicle Inspection
