They were a picture of professional care from the time I went in and all through the testing. Courtesy and friendliness are abundant from everyone in this office. Usually it ends with a discussion with the Dr who is also very nice. No complaints here.

The receptionist was unnecessarily aggressive and rude towards my mother when she called to check in for her referral. She was demanding details of why she was being referred and told her that "the patient should know what's wrong the best" when my mother wasn't able to explain the referral the way the receptionist saw fit. Last time I checked, the doctor is supposed to best explain medical issues. It's totally inappropriate to treat your patients like this. Train your receptionists to have an ounce of respect and compassion. No one should feel attacked when trying to get care.

I went to the Carthage location this time and found the staff professional and was treated with kindness and respect. From the lovely receptionist to the young women who did the 3d imaging and the kind young women who did the ultrasound, they made a very nervous visit so much easier. Thank you!!

Excellent service and they provided a 3-d image free of cost for military spouses. It’s all of the recognized reputation of the Elizabeth Wende Breast Care Clinic in Rochester without the long drive.
