The dentist called me name on my first visit. I let that slide . The dentist said he could help me with a partial plate, but didnt. Every six months for a year and a half he said he would help me, but didnt. Integrity is important to me. This man has none.

I had to have a wisdom tooth removed was very anxious so they booked me in for it Tuesday at 7:45am but I was in severe pain so I called this morning and I got right in at 11:30 the dr was very gentle but he could have had a little better bedside manor as someone who suffers from really bad health anxiety other than that he was somewhat nice the reception was very nice the lady that was in there with me was very sweet I usually go there every 6 months to get a filling and its very fast today it only took like 2 minutes to get my wisdom tooth out very appreciated for the staff and dr

By the way, the implant you placed in my mouth initially got loose and thereafter YOUR DENTAL IMPLANT IN MY MOUTH CAME OUT, WENT TO GARBAGE WITH OVER 3 THOUSAND DOLLAR MONEY i PAID TO YOU. YOU ARE DISGUSTING!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Mr. Salam you are the most INCOMPETENT and messy dentist I have ever had in my life ! When you placed implant in my mouth instead of providing sedation in the office, you gave so many injections in my mouth that my face got swollen so much. Now, the cap in my implant is loose and the implant itself will be out soon according to oral surgeon I saw recently. You got $3000 for the lousy implant you placed in my mouth. You are not qualified to do implants or any major work in the mouth but you dont mind trying and getting peoples money. As you know, my wife paid you $15,000 to do the work in in her mouth, but you made a MESS! To clean your mess she paid $45,000 to the oral surgeon that did wonderful job. Mehmet Ramazanolu,M.D. (Dr.R) I paid over 3000 dollars for the implant you placed it just fell off. You do not know what the hell you are doing! You are not board certified. Stop practicing so that people do not get hurt. ( Dr. R ).

absolutely 100% recommend this office! I have always had intense anxiety around dental appointments. The dr and his team were very reassuring, worked quickly and diligently to remove my wisdom teeth and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process! Getting an appointment was easy as pie, and being checked in and seen plus extraction took less then 2 hours in total. Thank you long falls for helping me feel better and putting my anxieties at ease!

I had a terrible experience with Dr.Salam. He was rude to myself and my 15 year old daughter. Word for Word he literally told me I was I was wasting his time and HE was suffering. He was Overbooked and Understaffed on this day. I Cant believe the owner of a business would talk to a customer like that. I have told everyone about this experience. Even his staff apologized for his behavior. I can only imagine how HE treats them. Never Again.
