This place was a nightmare. Two weeks upon moving in we had our first flood from the upstairs unit. They left their toilet running overnight and water poured out of our bathroom ceiling vent and water dripped through several parts in the hallway and flooded our floor. The second flood was in the laundry room from the neighbors cat genie which left my things in storage in my laundry room covered in cat urine. I had to go to the office multiple times to make sure they replaced the ceiling in the hallway because at first they were only going to patch it and I was worried about mold. After that the office manager did not like me. She lies and is so rude and unprofessional. There are huge potholes everywhere and behind our unit was a marsh area so mosquitos were terrible and there was geese poo everywhere. We could hear everything upstairs and next door. Leaving this place we got cleared in the morning and told we would receive our full deposit back, and then Christine called my husband 30 minutes before they closed on a friday night (She waited all day to call him to tell him, knowing he was deploying that weekend and would be unable to come back so quick to check for damages) to tell him theres dog pee under the carpet and she said "dont worry, your deposit will cover it, so we will keep that and you wont have to pay anything" I called her out on her scam and asked to speak with her manager and she hung up on me. My dog is 4 and NEVER has any accidents. I got everything settled with her manager and got my deposit back. Maintenance was the only good thing about this place. They were always friendly and quick to respond. Still would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was an okay place. Lived there 6/18-1/20. The roads in the complex need to be redone desperately. I had to have an alignment twice On my car. Maintenance is always friendly & on top of stuff. The buildings are old and outdated, minus the new floors being put in that you pay a bigger security deposit for. I will say the new floors are beautiful though and we opted for them. My first day upon moving in, an entire wall in the kitchen lost electricity and the maintenance guy was over in 10 min to fix. There is NO CENTRAL AIR and the AC units will sky rocket your electric bill. Food for thought when deciding on a first or second floor apartment because even in the winter heat rises... While the apartment was okay itself, the drive to Watertown is a 30-40 min haul and in the winter it can be even longer through the Hills or through Calcium. My advice is look for something closer unless you don’t mind the quiet (and i mean QUIET), small town feel. If that’s your style then this’ll suit you well
