      image Reserving the car was very easy. But when the driver came to pick us up he had the wrong name in the window. When we couldn't find the right car the dispatcher was rude and acted like it was our fault that we couldn't find the van. I finally went up to a van from the company and on his phone was our reservation. The driver was very friendly and a good driver. But having Someone else's name in the window and then being rude to us about it is completely unacceptable.
