Izumi Japanese Restaurant

Ordered twice. My entire order was wrong. Ordered crunchy spicy tuna roll didnt get that.Didnt get wasabi or chopsticks and this was a quick lunch to go order.

Went in with my friends on a saturday night for dinner. There was one hibachi table there and 2 others in the regular dining area. We sat in the regular dining area. All we ordered was sushi and one order of dumplings. We got our salads pretty fast, but waited another 45 minutes for our sushi. When we got it we asked the girl who brought it over for sides of spicy mayo, and let her know we were still waiting on our dumplings. She waited to eat our sushi until she brought the spicy mayo. After 10 minutes of waiting, we looked and saw her cleaning menus. I always respect side work but we had asked for something and she never brought it to us. My friend had to go up to the front and ask for a side of spicy mayo. You should never have to do that in a restaurant. After we all finished eating, I went up and just told the lady to take the dumplings off the bill because they were clearly not coming. All she did was look at me say okay and walk away. Not one worker there apologized after we complained after i said something, and when the lady came to bring our checks and clear our plates. I work in a restaurant myself and can tell when a place is understaffed and they were not, at all. This was my first and last time dining in here. Other than that, the food was great.

I had a nice and relaxing Sunday night dinner here. The food tastes fresh and was served hot. I had the Ricks Roll and the Udon Noodles.

Great food, fresh sushi. Highly recommend. Love the ramen too. He hot tea is really good too. Will be coming back!

Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options. We always go to the hibachi and it's very good. Friendly staff .Plenty of parking.
