Got stuck in a snow storm after sliding into a ditch. Called Chris's Automotive. Gentleman came out, polite, helpful and caring. AAAA++++

They'll rip you off. My car broke down and ended up getting towed to this place during a short day trip. This place will try to charge you as much as dealerships do, if not more. The price they quoted for the repair seemed insane for a small repair shop, especially for a little part that normally costs a few hundred to replace. So I called the closest brand dealership for my vehicle for a different quote and informed them of the situation. Even their representative sounded shocked / disgusted by what Chris Automotive had quoted. They later dropped the price by ~35%, but even then I realized they still couldn't be bothered to apply the AAA membership discount I was entitled to, even though I had been connected to them via AAA. I had to point out the number should be lower. Again. To top it all off, I had some of my fluids checked by another shop after the repair. They couldn't even be bothered to top off the fluid for the part they worked on. They left it halfway. If you can take your car elsewhere, just do it.
