Five Star Improvements Finger Lakes

We were looking to add a half bath to our home. We called many, many businesses and most people never got back to us. Specifically 9 out of 14 places. Sara at least came out and took a look, she said she'd get back to us with a quote. That was July 21st. It is now September 27th. So I'll add this business to the list of people who don't get back to you.

started out good. soon found out they were not good. had gutters replaced. they leak into my roof and down the side of my house, bad seams everywhere. extremally poor subcontractors. sloppy workmanship. first of 3 teams showed up and started ripping of my roof , not a one of them spoke English. final inspection I was told they would take care of all the hanging old wood and replace rotted wood after talking to owner, he was the owner. lots of texts emails and was told they were going to do nothing. got new contractor, I was told I was massively over charged and to fix the problems would be around a thousand dollars.

Called to make a appointment for 4 pm. Got an email confirmation. Didn't show up and didn't get a call saying they couldn't make it today. Called the office and was told that they don't know what time the main office closes. Picked this company due to the 5 star review but I guess I should of looked elsewhere. Service: Roof repair
